Platinum

$6,000

• Full page ad in Conference Program given to all attendees.
• Sponsor food event with large/prominent signage displayed at the event.
• Large/prominent signage displayed during the entire conference.
• Four (4) fully paid registrations. Ten (10) additional registrations at 80% of the early registration rate.
• An Exhibitor Booth in the Demo Area or separate area as space permits.
• A representative may make a few brief remarks (3 minutes maximum) at Opening Session.

Gold

$4,500

• 1/2 page ad in Conference Program given to all attendees.
• Sponsor food break with large/prominent signage displayed during break.
• Three (3) fully paid registrations. Eight (8) additional registrations at 80% of the early registration rate.
• A representative may make a few brief remarks (2 minutes maximum) at Opening Session.

Silver

$3,000

• 1/4 page ad in Conference Program given to all attendees.
• Sponsor food break with large/prominent signage displayed during break.
• Two (2) fully paid registrations. Six (6) additional registrations at 80% of the early registration rate.

Bronze

$1,500

• 1/8 page ad in Conference Program given to all attendees.
• One (1) fully paid registration. Four (4) additional registrations at 80% of the early registration rate.

• A 10’ x 10’ booth in the Demo Area or separate area as space permits.
• A 6’ table, two chairs, and a wastebasket will be provided.
• Electricity to the booth (vendor to supply extension cords).
