2 Verified Students are full-time students at a degree-granting institution, college, or university who do not work full-time. Proof of current full-time status required.
Additional Discounts
- U.S. military service members and veterans can receive 10% discount off registration. Not valid with any other coupon codes. Proof of service may be required.
- A 25% registration discount is available to the primary author of an accepted paper presentation. Discount of 15% will be available for the primary presenter of accepted presentations without accompanying papers.
Registration Fee includes:

WUSS 2026 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrar at Registrar@wuss.org. A full refund, less any processing fees we are charged, will be provided as long as email notice of cancellation is received by midnight PDT on August 24, 2026.
Please note that due to financial obligations required by the conference venue, we are not able to honor requests for cancellation after August 24, 2026. However, in the unlikely event the conference is canceled, full refunds will be made available to all paid attendees.
Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the Conference at no additional charge by contacting Registrar@wuss.org with the names of the people involved in the substitution.
