The health and safety of our attendees is one of our top priorities. The Western Users of SAS Software is dedicated to helping reduce the spread of COVID-19. Please do not attend the event if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.
We expect all attendees to adhere to all event policies, health and safety requirements, and posted instructions while attending the event. At this time, we anticipate those requirements may include the following (and are subject to change as the event draws near):
- Attendees must present proof of vaccination, including booster if eligible. Negative COVID-19 test may not be used in place of proof of vaccination.
- Masks required for all attendees and guests in the event venues, regardless of vaccination status (N95 or similar strongly recommended)
- Number of attendees may be limited in certain areas or breakout rooms
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event. By attending the Western Users of SAS Software Conference and Educational Forum, you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in removal from the event and/or venue. Attendees who are removed from the event and/or venue for failure to adhere to event policies will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Note: As part of the registration process for the WUSS 2022 conference in Burlingame, CA, you will be asked to agree to the WUSS 2022 COVID-19 Waiver.
