- U.S. military service members and veterans can receive 10% discount off registration. Not valid with any other coupon codes. Proof of service may be required.
- A 25% registration discount is available to the primary author of a paper presentation.

WUSS 2025 Check Policy
To pay by check:
- Checks must be received by August 30 to guarantee the early registration rate.
- Registrants who do not meet the above deadlines will be billed at the current registration rate at the time payment is received.
- For questions regarding payment by check, please contact the WUSS Registrar at registrar@wuss.org.
WUSS 2025 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrar at Registrar@wuss.org. A full refund, less any processing fees we are charged, will be provided as long as email notice of cancellation is received by midnight PDT on August 25, 2025.
Please note that due to financial obligations required by the conference venue, we are not able to honor requests for cancellation after August 25, 2025. However, in the unlikely event the conference is canceled, full refunds will be made available to all paid attendees.
Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the Conference at no additional charge by contacting Registrar@wuss.org with the names of the people involved in the substitution.
